You've got something to say. So why aren't you saying it?

What I believe that most coaches don't.
You find your niche by creating.
Everyone says figure out your niche, audience and pillars first. Clarity comes from putting yourself out there and noticing what feels true.
Your obstacle isn't strategy.
It's your relationship with being seen. Better hooks won't fix perfectionism, people pleasing or the fear of judgment. That's the work we do.
You don't need a personal brand.
You don't need to invent a character or an online identity. You need to get comfortable being a person in public.
You don't have to be an expert.
Share what you're learning, questioning and living. You don't have to have it all figured out first.
Creating should give you freedom, not measure your worth.
Take your content seriously without taking yourself so seriously. You can grow, and even make money, without turning yourself into a walking sales funnel.

Hi, I'm Steph. For 7.5 years I built creative corporate retreats around the world (think James Bond in Switzerland and Indiana Jones in Thailand), growing them from about 100 people to 600. Then I grew my own marketing company from $0 to $350K in 10 months.
